摘　　要：目的 :建立猪肉及其可食性器官中克伦特罗的检测方法。方法 :肌肉或组织匀浆后经有机溶剂提取 ,提取液经碳 1 8小柱除去杂质 ,洗脱液在氮气下吹干后用MSTFA衍生化 ,衍生化液直接供GC/MS检测。结论 :利用此方法可以检测猪肉及其可食性器官中的克伦特罗 ,其检测限为 1ng/g。Objective To establish a method to the analysis of Clenbuterol in residue of pig and pig liver. Methods The homogenated sample were extracted with organic solvent,and then the extracts applied to RP 18 column, elution with solvent.After evaporating the organic phase to dryness under nitrogen, the extracts were derivatizated with MSTFA. The derivations were tested by GC/MS.Results and Conclusion The limit of detection of Clenbuterol in residue of pig and pig liver is 1ng/g meat.
