摘  要:目的 探讨浸润性乳腺导管癌金属硫蛋白(MT)与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达的意义及其相关性。方法 采用免疫组化法检测浸润性乳腺导管癌组织中MT及ER、PR表达的变化。结果MT及ER、PR在浸润性乳腺导管癌中阳性率分别为40.6%(26/64)、59.4%(38/64)和50.0%(32/64)。MT表达与乳腺癌病理分级有关(P<0.05);与有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。ER、PR表达率在MT阳性与阴性病例中有明显差异,分别为42.3%(11/26)、71.1%(27/38,P<0.05)和34.6%(9/26)、60.5%(23/38,P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌MT表达与ER、PR表达呈明显负相关,MT有可能成为预测乳腺癌预后的指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of metallothioneine(MT) and estrogen receptor(ER) or progesterone receptor(PR) in invasive breast cancers. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression of the MT,ER and PR in surgically dissected tissues from 64 cases of invasive breast cancers. Results The positive expression rates of MT, ER and PR were 40.6%(26/64) ,59.4%(38/64) and50.0%(32/ 64)respectively. MT expression of invasive breast cancers was obviously associated with tumor grade ( P < 0.05) and lymph node metastases ( P < 0.05) . ER or PR positive rates in MT negative group were higher than those in MT positive group[71.1% (27/38) vs 42. 3% (11/26, P < 0.05) and 60.5% (23/38) vs 34.6% (9/26, P < 0.05) respectively]. Conclusion There were an obviously negative correlation between MT and ER or PR of breast cancer. MT might be a useful marker for prognosis of breast cancer.
