口腔扁平苔藓患者口腔内白色念珠菌的溶血活性研究

摘　　要：目的 :检测白色念珠菌 (C .a)是否产生溶血因子及来自正常人、非糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)患者和糜烂型OLP患者口腔内的C .a的溶血活性是否不同。方法 :用浓缩漱口水法收集口腔微生物 ,在SDA上培养、分离、纯化和鉴定C .a,接种于血琼脂平板上 ,厌氧培养 ,检测其溶血活性。结果 :所有C .a在此条件下均产生了溶血因子 ,以培养 4 8小时最明显 ;来自正常人、非糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)患者和糜烂型OLP患者口腔内的C .a的溶血活性无显著性差异。结论 :C .a能产生溶血因子 ;OLP患者有必要进行抗真菌治疗。Objective: To investigate whether Candida albicans(C.a) produced hemolytic factor and whether the hemolytic activities of C.a from oral cavities of normal human and patients with non-erosive or erosive oral lichen planus(OLP) were different. Methods: Oral microorganisms were collected by the method of concentrating mouthrinse, cultured on SDA, then C.a were isolated, purified, and identified. C.a were cultured on blood agar plates at 37℃,5%CO 2, and the hemolytic activities were observed at 24,48,72 hours. Results: All C.a in this study produced hemolytic factor; there was no significant difference among these three groups. Conclusion: C.a can produce hemolytic factor; antifungal medication appears to be useful for patients with OLP.
