摘　　要：珠江口沿岸、海湾及岛屿地区,地理条件优越,生物资源、旅游资源极为丰富,一方面,交通便利,城乡化迅速,经济高速增长;另一方面,地势低,河网、海湾交错,易受工业废水、生活废水污染,水土流失污染,以及受赤潮和其它灾害天气危害,造成生态环境极为脆弱。因此,坚持走可持续发展道路是必由之路,总体指导思想和原则是:以渔业、农业为主,粗加工、生态旅游业等为辅,调整、优化产业结构。特别注意保护湿地、滩涂和海岸山地的生物多样性,控制污染,加强生态环保规划,发展生态型产业。The area of Zhujiang estuary (Zhujiang Delta) and adjacent islands is situated at the transitional zone of tropics to lower-subtropics, where has the advantageous natural geographical conditions, and abundant biological and travelling resources. On the one hand, the traffic and transportation is very convenient, the process of the villages changing into small cities is fast, and its economy is increasing quickly; on the other hand, scattening with the lower land, river-net, estuary, etc., it is easy to be polluted by the industry and live wastewater, and is easy to be affected by the red tide, water and soil eroding, and other disaster climates, etc., so it usually come into being a fragile ecological environment. Then, the economical stratery of those area must be depended on the sustainable development way, which the total guiding ideology and principle could be mainly developed the ecological agriculture and fishery, and be assisted by the general primary machining, and ecological travel, especially must emphasized the protection of wet-land, seacoast, and biodiversity of seashore mountains, controlled pollution, and established the ecological plan adapted for environment development, etc.
