摘  要:用新颖、简单的异相化学反应方法,在乙醇体系中制备了硫化锌纳米粒子。X_射线能谱分析(EDS)证实所得产物是硫化锌;X_射线衍射分析(XRD)表明硫化锌的晶胞粒径为5-7nm;场发射扫描电镜(FE_SEM)观察显示,硫化锌的粒径在30~40nm;荧光光谱分析表明,与在水溶液体系中制得的硫化锌体材料相比,该法制得的硫化锌除了粒径更小、更均匀以外,其发光主要集中在蓝光区,荧光谱带显著变窄,发光强度也有所增加。Nano-scaled zinc sulfide (nano-ZnS) has been successfully prepared via a simple heterogeneous reaction of zinc chloride ethanol solution and hydrogen sulfide gas. The formation of the nano-scaled ZnS powder was confirmed by energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and photoluminescence (PL) measurements. Based on the XRD analysis data and the Debye-Scherrer equation, the size of the formed ZnS particles was calculated to be nano-scaled, ca. 5~7 nm. FE-SEM observation showed only slight agglomeration for the ZnS particles with an average crystallite size of 30~40 nm. PL measurements for the zinc sulfide nano-sized particles prepared with this method and for the bulk zinc sulfide formed in aqueous system indicate that the PL band for the former, located mainly in the blue region, is narrower than that for the latter, and the relative intensity is higher.
