晚期癌症病人宁养服务模式探索

摘　　要：宁养医疗服务是一种全新的医疗模式,在国内尚属起步阶段。1998年由香港知名爱国人士李嘉诚先生倡导和资助的全国首家上门免费为晚期癌症病人提供镇痛治疗、心理辅导、生命伦理等方面照护的临终关怀机构-宁养院在我院正式成立。经过四年多的运行,我们深深体会到宁养医疗服务不但可以提高临终病人的生活质量,而且成为医院回报社会的一大特色,既造福于病人又造福于社会,取得到了很好的社会效益。Hospice service is a totally new medical model in the beginning in China. Donated by Mr. Li Ka Shing, the well-known patriotic personage from Hong Kong, the first terminal care institute-hospice canter, was set up in our hosp ital in 1998. Free of any charge, the center provides a series home-cared service to advanced cancer patients, including pain-killing treatment, psychological assistance, life ethics services and so on. After four years running of the center, we deeply realized that the hospice service can not only improve the life qualities of terminal patients, but also benefits a lot to the patients and the society at the same time, thus achieving great social rewards.
