摘　　要：竞争情报系统是建立企业管理信息系统的重要内容 ,是竞争情报工作的组织保障和物质基础 ,是企业获取内外环境信息的核心。本文从企业建立管理信息系统的角度 ,介绍了竞争情报系统的概念及建立竞争情报系统的重要性 ,重点论述了竞争情报系统的主要内容。The competitive information system(CIS) is the important content of the management information system(MIS). It is not only the organizational guarantee and physical basis of competitive information work, but also the core of an enterprise procuring both internal and external environmental information. This paper, proceeding from the angle of the MIS establishment in an enterprise, presents the concept of and the importance of establishing CIS, specifically elucidating its main content.
