摘 要:键图法能很方便地把像电动汽车这样一个集机、电、液、磁和热等多能源的系统统一起来。利用键合图法对电动汽车永磁无刷电机进行了建模,并基于MATLAB/SIMULINK平台进行动态仿真。分析了电机各项参数对输出转速和转矩的影响。建模过程及实验结果表明,键合图法是一种适合于多能源系统的建模方法。此模型也为电动汽车整个系统的建模,特别是驱动系统的建模与分析提供了参考。同时,它还可以作为一个独立完整的模块与电动汽车其他模块很好地连接起来。As a tool for modeling the dynamic procedures of the multiple energy systems, the bond graph serves as an ideal alternative to model the Electric Vehicle (EV) components with different physical as well as chemical attributions and to unify them conveniently. The Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor (PMBLDCM)used in the EV with the bond-graph method is modeled, and its dynamic performances is simulated. The state variables are carefully selected based on the physical property of the motor and then the state equations are deduced. The simulated results are consistent with the real dynamic performances of the motor. Finally, the influences of various PMBLDCM parameters on the output rotation speed and torque are analyzed in detail, which serves as references for choosing and designing the motors. This technique is not limited to model the PMBLDCM, and can be easily extended to other kinds of motors. The dynamic performance simulation is accomplished with the aid of MATLAB/SIMULINK.
