贵阳市青春期女大学生不良减肥行为及并发症研究〔1〕

摘　　要：目的:了解贵阳市青春期女大学生采取的不良减肥行为以及并发症的情况,为有针对性的开展健康教育工作提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,调查贵阳市部分在校的青春期女大学生共1736名,测量身高、体重,发放调查表,了解减肥行为及并发症的情况,用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 :贵阳市青春期女大学生体重指数正常者居多,超重和肥胖者不足5%,却有超过60%者曾经采取过减肥行为,减肥的理由为了形象和漂亮者居多;认为肥胖与心理因素有关者人数较少;超过70%的女大学生采取的减肥方式都不健康;体育运动情况不理想;有减肥行为的青春期女大学生中超过80%者出现各类并发症。结论:贵阳市青春期女大学生的不良减肥行为及并发症情况不容乐观,应引起社会、学校以及家庭的重视,有针对性的开展一些措施。Objective: To explore the condition of adolescent female college students' bad losing weight behavior and complications in Guiyang,to provide basis for target to carry out health education work. Methods: Using the stratified and cluster sampling,1736 adolescent female college students in Guiyang were investigated,height and weight were measured,distribute the questionnaires,to know the status of cognitive and diet to lose weight,using SPSS software to do statistical analysis. Results: Most of BMI among adolescent female college students in Guiyang were normal,overweight and obese were less than 5%,but more than 60%had to lose weight,the losing weight reasons for the image and beauty were in the majority; believe that obesity was associated with psychological factors is small; more than 70% of female college students were not healthy way to lose weight; sports is not ideal; more than 80% of losing weight adolescent female college students were in all kinds of complications. Concluslon: The condition of adolescent female college students' bad losing weight behavior and complications in Guiyang were not optimistic,society,school and family should be pay attention to it,and targeted to carry out some measures.
