摘　　要：本文通过探讨步长脑心通联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性卒中的疗效,得出结论:对于进展性卒中患者采用低分子肝素钙与步长脑心通联合治疗,这种疗法的应用能有效阻止卒中进展,且减少了出血风险、胃肠不适及其他副反应,值得推广。The paper explored the effect of Buchangnaoxintong combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of progressive stroke, and made the conclusion: the progressive stroke patients were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Buchangnaoxintong treatment, the application of treatment method can effectively prevent the progress of stroke, and reduce the risk of bleeding, gastrointestinal discomfort and other adverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion.
