摘　　要：目的探讨CD147和Ki-67蛋白在乳腺癌患者组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取60例乳腺癌患者,运用免疫组织化学法检测CD147和Ki-67蛋白的表达,并结合临床病理因素进行相关分析。结果乳腺癌患者中CD147的表达(65%)高于癌旁组织(12%),Ki-67的表达(70%)高于癌旁组织(15%)。不同临床病理分期的CD147表达存在统计学差异,不同组织学分级的CD147表达存在统计学差异,有淋巴结转移的CD147表达和无淋巴结转移的CD147表达存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。不同组织学分级的Ki-67表达存在统计学差异,有淋巴结转移的Ki-67表达和无淋巴结转移的Ki-67表达存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对CDl47及Ki-67的表达实施检测,可以为乳腺癌的临床诊断、临床治疗以及评估预后提供可靠的参考依据,临床价值大。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD147 and Ki-67 protein in breast cancer patients. Methods 60 patients with breast cancer were selected, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD147 and Ki-67 protein, correlation analysis was carried out according to clinical pathological factors. Results The expression of CD147 in breast cancer patients(65%) was higher than that in adjacent tissues(12%), the expression of Ki-67(70%) was higher than that in paracancerous tissues(15%). There were significant differences in the expression of CD147 in different clinical stages, there were significant differences in the expression of CD147 between different histological grading, there were significant differences in the expression of CD147 between lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the expression of Ki-67 between different histological grading, there were significant differences in the expression of Ki-67 between lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of the expression of CDl47 and Ki-67 can provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis, clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer, which has great clinical value
