脑卒中吞咽障碍患者早期实施青柠檬汁联合冰刺激的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者早期实施青柠檬汁联合冰刺激的方法治疗,观察其治疗效果。方法将本院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者共计62例作为研究病例,将患者随机分为两组:治疗组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规治疗措施,治疗组患者在基础治疗的基础上实施青柠檬汁联合冰刺激方法治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组患者的治疗效果显著好于对照组患者。结论对于脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者应用青柠檬汁联合冰刺激方法治疗,疗效好,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of green lemon juice combined with ice stimulation in the early stage of patients with stroke. Methods A total of 62 patients with stroke disorder of swallowing in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 as the research materials, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group, control group patients give regular treatment, treatment group on the basis of foundation treatment in patients with implementation of green lemon juice with ice stimulation method therapy, the curative effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of green lemon juice combined with ice stimulation for stroke patients with dyspresora is well worth the clinical application.
