摘　　要：根管治疗术(Root canal therapy,RCT)是治疗牙髓病和根尖周病首选也是最有效的方法,它采用专业的器械和方法对根管进行清理、成形及彻底的冲洗消毒之后,进行根管严密的充填,从而控制感染及阻止感染的再次发生。其中根管冲洗在治疗过程中起到了举足轻重的作用,因此本文对目前临床上常采用的几种根管冲洗液进行阐述。Root canal therapy(RCT)is the first choice and the most effective method to treat pulpitis and periapical diseases.it uses professional instruments and methods to clean,shape,thoroughly wash and disinfect the root canal and then tightly fill the root canal so as to control the infection and prevent the recurrence of infection.Among them,root canal irrigation plays an important role in the treatment process.therefore,this article expounds several root canal irrigation solutions commonly used in clinic.
