摘　　要：目的 :探讨人脑星形细胞瘤微血管数 (MVQ)与肿瘤病理分级和术后复发间的关系 .方法 :采用免疫组化SABC法检测 4 1例确诊并有随访的人脑星形细胞瘤中Ⅷ因子相关抗原的表达 ,计数肿瘤中MVQ .结果 :高恶性度 (Ⅲ、Ⅳ级 )星形细胞瘤MVQ(5 7.1 9± 1 8.6 5 )高于低恶性度 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ级 )星形细胞瘤MVQ(4 5 .32± 1 3.93) (P <0 .0 5 ) .术后 1a内复发者MVQ(6 2 .39± 1 5 .5 2 )明显高于术后复发时间在 1～ 3a间者MVQ(4 7.0 1± 1 2 .0 9) (P <0 .0 1 ) .术后复发时间在 1～ 3a间者MVQ明显高于术后复发时间长于 3a者MVQ(37.32± 9.38) .结论 :人脑星形细胞瘤MVQ与肿瘤病理分级密切相关 。AIM: To investigate the relationship between the microvessel quantity (MVQ) and the histological grade and postoperative recurrence of astrocytomas. METHODS: Forty one cases of astrocytomas with follow up history were included in this study. The expression of factor Ⅷ related antigen was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method and MVQ was observed. RESULTS: MVQ (57.19± 18.65) in high malignant (grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ) astrocytomas was higher than that (45.32±13.93) in low malignant (gradeⅠ,Ⅱ) astrocytomas ( P <0.05). the MVQ (62.39± 15.52) in tumor tissues of patients in whom tumor recurred in one postoperative year was significantly higher than that (47.01±12.09) in tumor tissues of patients in whom tumor recurred within one to three postoperative years, and the MVQ of the latter was also significantly higher than that (37.32±9.38) of patients in whom tumor recurred after three postoperative years. CONCLUSION: The MVQ is obviously correlated to histological grade of astrocytomas and can be used as an independent postoperative recurrence indicator for patients with astrocytomas.
