摘　　要：本文介绍了采用盒式超滤装置处理果胶溶液,达到浓缩和脱色的目的。研究了果胶液的制备及浓缩精制工艺。实验表明:本方法操作简便,使用效果好,有实际推广意义。In this paper,the concentration and the discoloration of the pectic so-lution with a cassette ultrafiltration installation was discussed.In addition,the method of preparation,concentration and refining of pectic solutionwere also surveyed.The experiments show that this method is simple,convenient and effective in operation and worthy to be popularized inpractice.
