摘  要:目的 :观察慢性重型肝炎患者 CHDF(持续缓慢血液透析滤过 ) +PE(血浆置换 )治疗时对血清电解质的影响情况。方法 :随机选取 5 5例慢性重型肝炎患者 ,其中并发低钾血症 2 1例 ,低钠血症 2 0例 ,低氯血症 2 7例 ,在内科综合治疗的基础上加用日产 KM- 880 0血浆交换仪并联用JUN- 5 0 0血液透析滤过仪进行人工肝治疗 ,观察治疗前后的血清 K+ 、Na+ 、Cl-、HCO3-、Ca+ + 的变化情况。结果 :人工肝治疗前后血清 K+ 、Na+ 、Cl-水平有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,HCO3 -、Ca+ + 水平无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :CHDF+PE治疗慢性重型肝炎可有效纠正电解质紊乱 。Objective to observe the influence on serum electrolyte in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis with continuous hemodiafiltration(CHDF) plus plasma exchage(PE).Methods:55 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were selected randomly,of them,21 cases complicated with hypokalemia,20 cases complicated with hyponatremia,27 cases complicated with hypochloraemia.At the base of treatment of medicine,all the patients had received a treatment of an artificial liver support system of KM-880 Plasma exchange device made in Japan together with JUN-500 hemodiafiltration.Before and after the treatment,the serum levels of electrolyte including K +、Na +、Cl -、HCO 3 -、Ca ++ were compared. Results:To compare before,the patients'serum levels of electrolyte K +、Na +、Cl - show significant difference after the treatment(P<0.05),but the serum levels of electrolyte HCO 3 -、Ca ++ have a different result (P>0.05). Conclusions:CHDF plus PE can effectively rectify the disturbance of electrolyte and keep the balance of internal environment on the patients with chronic severe hepatitis.
