摘　　要：目的探讨分析早期综合康复治疗对急性脑血栓脑梗死患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2016年8月—2018年8月在我院接受治疗的120例急性脑血栓脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据康复治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规治疗方法,观察组联合早期综合康复治疗,比较两组患者的神经以及运动功能等各项评分。结果观察组患者的神经功能评分低于对照组,上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能以及日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对急性脑血栓脑梗死患者实施早期综合康复治疗的效果较为理想,可以促进患者神经功能、上下肢运动功能恢复,同时可以有效提高患者日常生活能力。Objective To analyze the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from August2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to different rehabilitation methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation.The neurological score,motor function score and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups.Results The neurological function scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The upper limb motor function,lower limb motor function and daily living ability scores were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction is effective,which can promote the recovery of neurological function,upper and lower limb motor function,and improve the daily living ability of patients.
