摘　　要：高新技术企业内R&D活动主要有五大类型,每一类研发活动可能由试验性研究和开发性研究两个阶段组成,并存在3种范式的划分。我们针对这五类研发类型在技术战略管理,R&D组织管理,绩效评价与控制这三个方面的特性设计了一系列相关的问卷问题选项,试图通过30个样本7个指标值的变化来分析高新技术企业开展R&D活动可能存在的组织与管理风格。The R&D activities carried out by Hi - tech enterprises can be categorized into five groups, each of which contains experimental and explorative phases and three styles. Through questionaires, we try to analyse characteristics of these five groups in terms of innovation strategy, performance evaluation and management control, then discuss the possible organizational and management styles existed in R&D activities in terms of changes in seven indexes of thirty samples.
