摘　　要：普通高等专科学校升格为本科院校后面临着生源、资金与设施、师资力量、管理和学生思想教育工作等一系列问题。必须扩大外部影响力 ,重塑专业品牌 ;必须加大投入 ,扩增基础设施和设备 ;必须加强师资队伍建设 ,提升教学科研能力 ;必须提高管理水平 。The colleges raised from professional training to undergraduate course are faced with many problems, such as the source of students, funds and installations, teachers, teaching management and educational work toward students. So, we must use our influence to form specialized brand; enlarge basic installations and equipment; strengthen the construction of teacher tank; develop teaching and scientific research and promote the management level as well as the ideological and political work.
