摘　　要：研究了合成 2 ,5 二烷基 1,4 苯二酚衍生物的新方法 .该方法是以 2 取代烷基 1,4 环己二酮为原料 ,在LiCl催化下 ,与各种醛缩合反应就得 2 ,5 二烷基 1,4 苯二酚衍生物 ,是一种由非芳香环化合物合成 2 ,5 二烷基 1,4 苯二酚衍生物的新方法 .应用该方法简便地合成了天然化合物 η 生育酚 .This paper described a new convenient synthesis of 2,5-dialkyl-1,4-benzenediol derivatives starting from non-aromatic compound. 2,5-Dialkyl-1,4-benzenediol derivatives were prepared by the reaction of 2-alkyl-1,4-cyclohexanedione with a variety of aldehydes in the presence of lithium chloride in pyridine, and this method was found to be applicable to the synthesis of naturally occurring eta-tocopherol in a short route.
