中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋菌相关性消化性溃疡120例

摘　　要：采用中西医结合方法治疗幽门螺旋菌相关性消化性溃疡 12 0例 ,并与单用中药治疗 4 0例和单纯西药治疗 4 2例对照观察。结果 :中西医结合治疗组中痊愈 87例 ,好转 31例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 98.3% ,复发 7例 ;中药组依次为 2 3例 ,15例 ,2例 ,95 .0 % ,5例 ;西药组依次为 30例 ,11例 ,1例 ,97.6 % ,17例。治疗组痊愈率与中药组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,复发率与西药组比较亦有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)cases of peptic ulcer with helicobacter pylori infection were treated with integrated WM and TCM.40 cases treated only with TCM and 42 cases treated only with WM were set up as the control groups.Result:In the treatment group,87 cases cured,31 cases turned better.2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 98.3%.7 cases recurrect.In the TCM control,the number was 23,15,2,95.0%,5 respectively.In the WM control,the number was 30,11,1,97.6%,17 respectively.The difference of cure rate between the treatment group and the TCM control was notable(P<0.01).The difference of recurrence rate between the treatment group and the WM control was notable(P<0.01).
