摘 要:针对GB18483-2001附录A《饮食业油烟采样方法及分析方法》在执法成本与执法手段上的局限性,提出了替代的饮食业油烟气快速检测-检气管法。通过对检气管法原理、方法可行性、经济成本的分析,认为利用检气管,通过该管内的油烟气使显色层显色,与标准色列进行比较,可以快速定性判别油烟气的浓度达标情况。检气管法较适用于低浓度(1-5mg/m3)油烟气的检测判别,对排放标准2mg/m3的油烟浓度能够给予判别是否超标或达标。Because of the limitation of cost and means of the Attachment A 'Monitoring and analysis method for cooking fume' (GB 18483-2001), the quick test method by using Drager tube (oil mist) has been brought forth. With the study concerning theories, feasibility and cost, the authors considered that using Drager tube when oil mist passed through the tube, the oil mist would be coloured and then compared with the colour of emission standard, the concentration of the cooking fame could be obtained. The Drager tube (oil mist) is suit for monitoring oil mist with low concentrations (lmg/m3- 5mg/m3). To supervise and exmine the oil mist emission with using Drager tube (oil mist) could greatly reduce monitoring cost, so this method is valuable to extend.
