高校科学研究的角色定位

摘　　要：对目前高校基础研究工作存在的问题进行了分析和阐述,同时提出了相应的对策。高校应制定适合基础研究的合理体制,营造和谐的学术氛围,增加基础研究投入,为前瞻性、战略性、交叉性研究提供持续稳定的支持,发挥团队的综合创新能力和人才培养作用。This article begins with an analysis and elaboration about the current problems existing in the fundamental researches in universities,and then some countermeasures are put forward.It is held that in universities appropriate systems for fundamental researches,good academic atmosphere construction,investment in fundamental researches,should be conducted in order to provide steady support for forward-looking,strategic and inter-discipline researches,and plays the role of comprehensive innovation and talent cultivation.
