摘　　要：十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS PAGE)在小麦育种中除主要用来确定小麦的烘烤品质外,还具有其它的用途,目前在小麦育种中已被广泛应用。本文系统地介绍了SDS PAGE预测小麦面包烘烤品质的科学依据及在小麦育种中的应用,为我省有效地利用SDS PAGE法选育优质、丰产小麦新品种提供理论依据。SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophism (SDS-PAGE) method is not only mainly forecast wheat baking qualities in wheat breeding,but also application in others.It has been used in wheat breeding widely at present that SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophism (SDS-PAGE) method forecast wheat baking qualities and its application were described systemically in wheat breeding,in order to provide theory basis for breeding high yield and good qualities of wheat new varieties in our Pro.
