摘　　要：当代青少年公民意识建设在全面建设小康社会进程中具有十分重要的意义。青少年公民意识建设包括民主意识、平等意识、公民基本权利与义务观念、社会公德意识和社会责任意识各个方面的建设。推进政治体制改革、加强中小学公民教育和开展共青团公民教育活动是青少年公民意识建设的重要途径。The construction of civil consciousness in contrmporary youth is very signification for the all-round building of comfortable society,which consist of the constructing of democratic consciousness,equal consciousness,the concept of civil basis right and obligation,The nain wqys to such construction are to promote the political reformation to enhance the civil education of primary and middle school,and to carry out thd educational action of the Youth League.
