摘　　要：本文在分析警察心理健康问题的基础上 ,对当前警察队伍的心理健康状况作了初步评估 ,并从警察个体的健康观、警察机关的治警思路、警察机关的管理机制和领导者工作作风、暖警心工程等方面提出了维护和提高警察心理健康水平的策略。Based on the analysis of policemen's psychological health, this paper makes a primary evaluation of the state of the police's psychological health and puts forward some strategies to protect and improve the level of the police's mental health from the perspectives of individual policeman's view of health, the working idea of the police, the managing mechanism of the police, leaders' way of working and the project of warming the policemen.
