摘　　要：本文从21世纪初农业教育与农业发展的趋势出发,提出建立我国农业教育与农业发展互动管理机制要处理好四个关系:正确把握互动管理层次和幅度协调的关系,正确把握领导职能和行业调控的关系,正确处理互动管理和法制保障的关系,正确处理农业教育与农业发展的"先导"和"提高"的关系;还提出实现农业教育与农业发展互动管理的若干对策。According to the trend of agricultural education and development at the beginning of the 21th century, this article put forward to handle properly four points of the relationship while building up the interactive management mechanism between agricultural education an development. Such as to grasp correctly the relationshipbetween interactive management levels and range coordination, to grasp correctly the relationship between function of leadership and propession-control, to handle the relationship correctly between interactive management and legal system assurance and to handle the relationship correctly between 'precursor' and 'euhunce' for agricultural education and development. And, it also put forward to some strategies facting interactive management between agricultural education and development.
