摘　　要：把英汉语主位推进模式(thematicprogression)大体相同的观点作为文章的假设前提,探讨英汉语的语篇翻译问题。指出译文在主位推进方面应尽量与原文保持对等。这一切都以不对原文意思造成误解为前提,即允许在译文中对原文的主位结构做适当的调整,以免影响译入语语言结构。This paper discusses how to deal with some problems of English-Chinese discourse translation on the basis of regarding the similar conception of the English-Chinese themantic progression mode as the premise of the article being translated.It points out that the translation should try to keep the same thematic progression as the original does.This,however,should be done on condition that the original must not be misinterpreted in the target language.
