摘　　要：影响农村土地制度变迁的外部因素主要有 :经济制度、意识形态、传统观念、人地关系、非农产业发展水平、小城镇发展水平、市场机制发育水平等。这些因素通过约束制度选择集合和影响交易费用对农村土地制度变迁产生影响。相关因素的总和构成了农村土地制度变迁的外部环境。不同因素对制度变迁交易费用的影响方向可能一致、可能不一致 ,个别因素的影响会起到决定性作用 ,而外部环境的影响是所有这些影响相互加强或抵消的结果。Theoretically, rural land institution transition is affected by several factors such as economic system, ideology, traditional notion, human land relationship, non agri sector development, urbanization, market mechanism development. These factors have important effects on rural land institution transition through their limiting selective institution cluster and transition cost and influencing transaction cost. The sum of these relative factors make up the external environment for rural land institution transition. Some have positive relationship with the transition, while others have negative relationship, with one or two factors producing a determining effect. The institution transition is determined by the reciprocity of these factors.
