摘 要:研究了超声波对含铬废革屑氧化脱铬的影响,发现超声波能显著提高废革屑的脱铬率。超声波的声强、作用时间、温度和传声介质对氧化脱铬率均有影响。脱铬率随声强的增加、作用时间的延长而提高;脱铬温度宜控制在20~30℃,更高的温度反而使脱铬率降低;反应溶液的pH值调节应选择CaO或MgO,而不宜选择含Na+的碱性物质,后者形成的传声介质不利于氧化脱铬。在建立的最优条件下,采用20kHz和40kHz的超声波均可使脱铬率达到99%以上,克服了传统氧化法脱铬率不高(<90%)的缺点。The oxidation dechroming of chromecontaining leather shavings using hydrogen peroxide under ultrasound was studied. It was found that the dechroming rate depends on sound intensity of ultrasound, time of reaction, temperature and medium. Dechroming rate increases with the increase of sound intensity and reaction time. The temperature of 20~30?℃ is proper to achieve high dechroming rate; higher temperature leads to lower dechroming rate.CaO or MgO is suitable for adjusting pH of reaction solution, which forms medium favoring ultrasonic function; but the alkaline compounds containing Na+ has opposite effect. Based on the observations, the optimal condition for chrome removal of leather shavings was suggested, with which the dechroming rate was above 99% when 20?kHz or 40?kHz ultrasound was used. In comparison with chrome removal rate of common oxidative dechroming (lower than 90%), enhancement of ultrasound on chrome removal of leather shaving is remarkable.
