摘  要:目的 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌 (BTCC)中凋亡相关基因Fas、FasL蛋白表达。方法 应用免疫组化链酶亲生物素 -过氧化物酶法 (SP法 )检测Fas、FasL蛋白在BTCC中的表达。结果 BTCC中Fas蛋白阳性表达率中病理分级、临床分期、复发有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。BTCC中FasL蛋白表达率中临床分期、复发有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Fas和FasL蛋白表达可以反映BTCC恶性程度、侵袭深度和复发机率 ;Fas具有促凋亡作用 ;FasL则可抑制细胞凋亡。Fas和FasL可能成为预示BTCC生物学行为和预后的标记物。Objective To investigate the expression of Fas, FasL protein in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC). Methods The levels of Fas, FasL protein expression was detected by the streptavidin biotin peroxidase complex(SP) immunohistochemistry in 43 BTCC spicemens and 12 normal bladder mucosa tissues.Results The Fas protein expression was significant difference among the histological grade, clinical stage and recurrence of BTCC(P<0.05). The FasL protein expression was significant difference between the clinical stage and recurrence of BTCC(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of Fas and FasL proteins was show the histological grade, clinical stage and recurrence of BTCC.The levels of Fas and FasL protein expression can be useful to assess the biological behaviors of BTCC. The expressions of Fas protein can accelerate the apoptosis,and the expressions of FasL is able to inhibit the apoptosis of Fas protein can accelerate the apoptosis,and the expressions of FasL is able to inhitit the apoptosis of BTCC.
