3种国产吻合器在食管、贲门癌切除术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的　探讨 3种国产吻合器在食管、贲门癌切除术中的应用效果。方法　对 1991年 3月 - 2 0 0 2年10月应用GF - 12 8mm、GF - 22 8mm、WGW -C2 6mm吻合器行 739例机械吻合效果进行回顾分析。结果　应用GF - 1型吻合 5 4 0例 ,发生吻合口瘘 7例 (1.3% ) ,吻合口狭窄 15例 (2 .78% ) ,吻合口出血 11例 (2 .0 4 % )。GF- 2型吻合 131例 ,无吻合口瘘发生 ,吻合口狭窄 3例 (2 .3% ) ,吻合口出血 2例 (1.5 3% )。WGW -C型吻合 6 8例 ,无吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄发生 ,吻合口出血 1例 (1.4 7% )。结论　 3种吻合器吻合均安全可靠 ,WGWObjective To evaluate the effect of three anastomose implements made domestically in esophagus and cardia cancer removal as well as digestive tract inosculation.Methods The effects of three implements were analyzed retrospectively in 739 cases who were accepted mechanical inosculation with anastomose implement GF-1 28mm,GF-2 28mm,WGW-C 26mm from March 1991 to Oct. 2002.Results There were 540 patients in inosculation with GF-14 type implement 7 of 540 cases had stoma fistula (1.3%), 15 of 540 had stoma stricture (2.78%), 11 of 540 had bleeding at stoma (2.04%). 11 of 540 had bleeding at stoma (2.04%). In 131 cases with GF-2 type implement no cases had stoma fistula,3 of 131 had stoma stricture(2.3%),2 of 131 had stoma stricture (1.53%), In addition, 68 cases with WGW-C type implement had no case with stoma fistula and stricture,except 1 case bleeding at stoma(1.47%).Conclusion The kinds of three anastomose implements can be safly used for inosculation,but the effect of WGW-C type implemen is beter than those.
