外国直接投资对东亚和拉美国家经济安全影响的制度分析

摘　　要：拉美和东亚利用外国直接投资与维护国家经济安全的实践结果有很大的差异。这主要是由这些国家(地区 )制度上存在的差异而导致的。首先 ,在“三联盟”模型中 ,两个地区政府的地位和作用有很大差异。其次 ,从外在制度的角度来看 ,两个地区存在着不同的发展模式。最后 ,从内在制度的角度看 ,两个地区也呈现出明显的文化差异。这些制度上的差异导致了外国直接投资对两个地区的国家经济安全产生的不同影响。The effects that ANIEs and LNIEs take advantage of FDI and protect national economic security are very different. The author considers that it is due to different institutions in these countries. Firstly, in the model of 'triple-alliance', there are different status and function of government in ANIEs and LNIEs. Secondly, in repect of external institution, there are different developmental models in ANIEs and LNIEs. Finally, in respect of internal institution, there are obvious different cultures in ANIEs and LNIEs. The institutional differences cause different effects when ANIEs and LNIEs take advantage of FDI and protect the national economic security.
