摘　　要：提高教学质量是学校的首要任务,而建立一套高效可行的、科学规范的高校教材著作权管理认定体系则对提高学校教学质量具有举足轻重的作用。本文详细地介绍了哈尔滨师范大学教材著作权管理认定体系及其构成,分析了该体系的主要特点,介绍了认定体系的实施要点、效果。As for a college, the priority is to improve its teaching quality, the key to realization of this purpose is to establish a set of scientific, practical and effective management and identification system of textbooks and works in colleges and universities.And in this essay, the writer introduces in every detail the management and identification system and its components, which is applied in Harbin Normal University. Meanwhile, the writer also makes clear the major features of the system, its key points and effects.
