摘 要:通过对某战区 1994~1998年护理人员现状进行调查 ,对宏观护理人力资源的总量与结构以及护理工作量进行分类与分级研究 ,总结出该战区护理人力资源存在的问题 ,对问题原因进行分析 ,并提出相应的对策与建议 ,从而为制定微观科室的护理人力资源配置标准 ,为各级医院合理配置护理人力资源 ,为护理人员的有效培训以及提高护理服务供给的合理性提供理论依据。Through the investigation of the current situation of the nursing manpower in a military command region during 1994 and 1998,the total amount and structure of the macro nursing manpower were classified and studied in an attempt to sum up various problems concerning the allocation of the nursing manpower in this military command region,analyze the causes for these problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Thus,a theoretical foundation was provided for the establishment of allocation standard of nursing manpower in micro nursing management,the reasonable allocation of nursing manpower,the efficient education of nursing personnel and the increase of rationality of nursing service.
