摘　　要：对安徽白山羊及其二元杂交组合(波×安,萨×安)、三元杂交组合(波×萨×安,马×萨×安)和级进杂交组合(波×波×安)研究表明:(1)杂交能提高安徽白山羊的生长发育速度。二元杂交和三元杂交组合在6月龄前生长较快,6月龄后变慢;级进杂交在8月龄前生长较快。(2)无论是二元杂交还是三元杂交,均能提高安徽白山羊的产肉性能(P<0 01,P<0 05),但肉质有下降的趋势,三元杂交比二元杂交下降更多。(3)二元杂交和三元杂交能够增大安徽白山羊板皮面积(P<0 01,P<0 05),减小毛纤维密度,二元杂交使板皮的均匀度提高。The growth,chevon and skin character of twoway crossbreeding (Boer×Anhui White,Saanen×Anhui White),threeway crossbreeding (Boer×Saanen×Anhui White,MoTou×Saanen×Anhui White) and grade crossbreeding (Boer×Boer×Anhui White) were studied systematically in this paper.The results were as follow:(1)Significant increase in growth rate of crossbreeding were observed in crossbreds.The goats of twoway and threeway crossbreds could grow quickly before 6 months old,but slowly after then.The growth rate of grading crossbreds become quickly before 8 months old.(2)The chevon yield of twoway and threeway crossbreds were increased markedly (P<001,TBP<005),though the chevon quality of the crossbreds tended to down.(3)The skin area of the crossbreds were increased notably (P<001,PBZ<005),and the fibre density of the crossbreds were decreased.The evenness of twoway crossbreds became better than that of Anhui White.
