摘 要:目的 :观察骨骼肌、骨对生物活性玻璃PerioGlas的相容性 ,以及PerioGlas修复松质骨缺损的能力。方法 :18只兔分 4组 ,以右侧股直肌为实验侧 ,植入PerioGlas,左侧股直肌为对照侧 ;另 18只兔分 4组 ,以右侧股内侧髁为骨缺损实验侧 ,植入PerioGlas ,左侧股内侧髁为骨缺损对照侧。肉眼及光镜等检查 ,统计学处理。结果 :实验侧股直肌内PerioGlas颗粒有少量结缔组织包裹 ;PerioGlas颗粒能与骨直接结合 ,能有效的修复骨缺损。结论 :PerioGlas对全身无明显影响 ,骨骼肌对PerioGlas反应轻微。骨对PerioGlas有高度的生物相容性 。Objective: To study the bone inductivity of PerioGlas implanted in muscle and osseous defects. Methods: Granules of PerioGlas were implanted into the right musculi rectus femoris in 18 rabbi ts,control operation was carried out in the left.In another 18 rabbits PerioGla s granules were implanted into the right condylus medialis of femur, the left was used as the control. The animals were sacrificed 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after operation respectively.The bone inductivity of PericGlas was studied by histomorphologic observation. Results: Fibrous tissue surrounding the granules was observe d in the muscle, and there was no difference between right and left side aat ma croscopy (P>0.05). In bone defects PeroGlas granales bond to bone and new bone formation were observed 4 weeks after operation. The bone defects were repa ired by new bone 12 weeks after PerioGlas implantation. Conclusion: PerioGlas may induce new bone formation in osseous defects.
