摘　　要：目的评价活动代型对金属全冠邻面边缘适合性的影响。方法用Tecon-line Pin定位器制作活动代型,采用片切法,观察用和不用活动代型制作金属全冠的邻面边缘适合性。结果 用活动代型制作的全冠,其邻面过大边缘间隙、绝对边缘间隙及垂直边缘间隙均小于对照组,两组有显著性差异。结论 使用活动代型可以提高固定修复体的制作精度。Objective Evaluate the effect of removable die(RD) on the marginal fidelity of the metal full crown. Method The marginal fidelity of the full crown made with and without removable dies was measured by crosssectional method. Result The two groups of crowns made with and without RD were significantly different in overextended margin opening, both the absolute marginal opening and vertical margin opening were smaller than the control group. Conclusion RD can improve the accuracy of fixed restoration.
