摘　　要：目的　观察保存羊膜联合角膜缘上皮移植术在治疗重度角结膜化学烧伤及眼表重建中的应用价值。方法　采用保存羊膜联合角膜缘上皮移植术治疗 9例 ( 9眼 )陈旧性重度眼化学烧伤。结果　经术后 6月随诊 ,9例全部上皮愈合稳定 ,无新生血管生长 ,8例角膜透明或半透明 ,8眼脱盲。结论　羊膜移植联合角膜缘上皮移植治疗严重眼表面疾病是一种有价值的方法。Objective The effect of the severe keratoconjunctival chemical burns treated with ocular surface reconstruction by preserved amniotic membrane transplantation combined with limbal transplantation was discussed.Methods 9 cases with severe keratoconjunctival chemical burns in late phase were treated with the transplation of preserved amniotic membrane and limbal epithelium.Results After 6 months follow-up,epithelium healed well and no neovascularization formed in all the 9 cases.Among them 8 cases were transparent or semitransparent and escaped blindness.Conclusion Preserved amniotic membrane has the characteristics of nonantigen,suppressing neovascularization and pseudopterygium,and promoting ocular surface reconstruction.The transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane and limbal epithelium is effective to treat severe ocular surface disorders.
