摘　　要：目的　探讨外伤性视神经损伤的药物治疗方法。方法　将 3 8例 ( 3 8眼 )外伤性视神经损伤早期应用大剂量皮质类固醇、脱水剂、血管扩张剂、维生素及神经营养药物治疗结果进行分析。结果　外伤性视神经损伤应用此方法治疗后视力有明显恢复。结论　大剂量皮质类固醇和血管扩张剂等治疗外伤性视神经损伤有明显效果。Objective To study the diagnostic methods and effect of treatment for traumatic optic neuropathy.Methods Administration of sufficient dose of corticosteroids,vasodilators,vitamins and neurotrophic drugs in 38 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy in the early stage and its effect were observed.Results Good results were got in most cases.Conclusion Sufficient dose of corticosteroids and vasodilators were effective for traumatic optic neuropathy.
