摘　　要：目的　探讨改良埋线法重睑术的手术方法及术后效果。方法　对 193例 3 78眼单睑者 (双眼 185例 ,单眼 8例 )施行改良埋线法重睑术。术前设计因人而异 ,睑中央皱褶线设计高度 4～ 9mm。术后观察期 6月以上 ,最长达 8年。结果　一次手术满意者 177例 ( 3 5 1眼 ,占 92 9% ) ,重睑变小者 13例 ( 2 1眼 ) ,重睑完全消失者 3例 ( 6眼 ) ,均经 2次手术达到满意。结论　改良埋线法操作简单易掌握 ,术后无瘢痕 ,重睑效果更自然美观。Objective To investigate the surgical method of double eyelids with modified buried sutures and its results.Methods 193 cases (378 eyes) received double eyelids surgery with modified buried sutures.The crease line was designed according to different people.The follow-up time was 6 months to 8 years.Results Satisfied results were got in 177 cases with one time of surgery.Doube eyelids became blur in 13 cases (21 eyes) and disappeared in 3 cases (6 eyes),but good results were got after second surgery.Conclusion Modified buried sutures is easy to learn,no obvious scar after surgery and the double eyelids is more natural.
