摘　　要：目的　探讨糖尿病造成的角膜组织损伤。方法　选取SD雄性大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为糖尿病组和正常对照组 ,每组各 10只 ,前者以链脲佐菌素诱导成糖尿病模型。于 12周取角膜 ,进行组织病理学、扫描电镜及透射电镜观察。结果　糖尿病大鼠角膜上皮和内皮层细胞水肿 ,胞浆内线粒体增多和肿胀 ,基质纤维排列紊乱。Objective To observe the corneal damage caused by experimental diabetes.Methods Twenty Sprague Daxley male rats were randomized into diabetic and control groups respectively,10 rats for each group.The former were induced to be diabetic mellitus by streptozotocin. All rats were killed at the twelfth week, and the difference between the two groups were observed by histopathology, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electronic microscopy.Results In the diabetic group, corneal epithelial and endothelial cells were swollen, the mitochondrions in the cytoplasm were swollened and increased. The collagen fibers appeared in disarrangement.Conclusion Diabetes can cause corneal tissue damage, which is the pathological foundation of the diabetic keratopathy.
