摘　　要：目的为改善 2型糖尿病患者生存质量制订合理措施提供科学依据。方法采用模糊聚类和累积比数 logistic回归模型相结合的方法 ,探讨 2型糖尿病患者生存质量的影响因素。结果离退休、生活事件、病程、并发症、健康教育和体力活动量 6个因素影响 2型糖尿病患者的生存质量。离退休、刺激性生活事件多、病程长以及合并并发症的患者 ,生存质量较差 ;接受过糖尿病健康教育和经常参加体力活动的患者 ,生存质量相对较好。结论保持乐观开朗的处世态度、经常参加糖尿病知识讲座以及适当增加体力活动量 ,是改善 2型糖尿病患者生存质量的重要措施。Objective To provide scientific bases for making reasonable measures of improving the survival quality of subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM2).Methods The method combining fuzzy clustering with cumulative odds logistic model was applied to probing into factors influencing the survival quality of subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results 6 factors,containing retirement,life event,course of disease,complication,health education and physical activity,influenced the survival quality of subjects with DM2.The subjects,who retired, experienced more irritable life events,had longer course of disease,or suffered from complications,had poorer survival quality,while those who accepted health education on diabetes mellitus or had more physical activity had better survival quality.Conclusion Keeping optimistic and unclosed attitude,often taking part in a course of lectures on diabetes mellitus and properly increasing physical-activity level are all key measures to improve the survival quality of subjects with DM2.
