小儿急性小脑炎的临床特点和护理

摘　　要：通过对15例急性小脑炎患儿护理,认为其临床特点有:(1)多病因;(2)起病急骤;(3)以步态不稳、震颤和眼球异常运动为主要症状,但表现欠典型;(4)辅助检查缺乏特异性;(5)无特效治疗,但转归良好。护理上要密切观察病情,给予关心体贴、耐心鼓励等心理护理,加强肢体活动功能锻炼,指导进食适当的高热量、高蛋白、高维生素饮食,严密观察药物反应。Based on their nursing 15 children with acute cerebellar ataxia, the authors summed up the clinical characteristics of acute cerebellar ataxia including: (1)multi-pathogenesis;(2)abrupt onset; (3)atypical symptoms like staggering, shivering and abnormal movement of eye ball;(4)non-specific results in assisted examinations;(5)no specific therapy but good effect in recovery. Nursing measures included close observation of the conditions, psychological nursing such as more concerns and patient encouragement, enhancement of functional exercise of extremities, instructions in the adjustment of high-energy, high-protein and high vitamin food and close observation of drug reactions.
