摘　　要：CMOS电路功耗主要由动态功耗决定的 ,文章分析了影响 CMOS电路功耗的主要因素 ,同时指出了降低 CMOS电路功耗的主要途径 ,并介绍了一些低功耗器件的设计方法和低功耗的设计技巧 .The power consumption of the CMOS circuit is mainly determined by its dynamic consumption. So the author interprets the main factors that affect the power consumption of the CMOS circuit,and the main approaches to low down the power consumption.the author also introduces some technique to design low power consumption parts.
