平溃散治疗胃溃疡的作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨平溃散对胃溃疡的治疗作用和机制。方法　分别用组胺、乙醇及消炎痛诱发急性胃溃疡模型 ,观察平溃散对胃粘液 -碳酸氢盐屏障功能、胃液 pH值和胃跨膜电位的影响。结果　 2～ 4 g·kg-1的平溃散作用组溃疡指数下降 ,胃液 pH值和粘液含量增加 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1)。平溃散对乙醇引起的胃跨膜电位降低的抑制作用和模型组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　平溃散对胃溃疡具有良好的治疗作用 ,主要通过保护胃粘膜。Objective To study the curative effect of Chinese drug Ping Kui San on gastric ulcer. Methods Three kinds of models of acute gastric ulcer in rats and guinea pigs were induced by histamine, indomethacin and alcohol, respectively. The changes in gastric mucus-bicarbonate barrier, and pH of gastric liquid and gastric transmembrane potential were observed. Results The index of gastric ulcer decreased and the level of gastric liquid pH and the content of gastric mucus-bicarbonate increased in the animals treated with Chinese drug Ping Kui San at a dose of 2～4 g·kg -1. Significant difference was found between the treatment groups and the controls(P<0.05, P< 0.01 and P< 0.01). The treatment group and the control showed no difference in the inhibitory effect of Ping Kui San on gastric transmembrane potential. Conclusion Chinese drug Ping Kui San can inhibit the formation of gastric ulcer in rats and guinea pigs by protecting gastric mucosa and inhibiting gastric acid.
