摘  要: 介绍了高强度耐水瓦楞纸板淀粉胶粘剂的配方和生产工艺,着重讨论了多功能悬浮剂和羟甲基脲对淀粉胶粘剂性能的影响。实验证明该淀粉胶粘剂性能稳定,不分层、不沉淀,循环使用数日其粘度适宜等特点。用该淀粉胶粘剂制成的瓦楞纸板通过检测,其粘结强度超过了一般二步法制备淀粉胶粘剂的一倍,防水性能超过4h,是一种新型的淀粉胶粘剂。A new high-strength anti-water corrugated paperboard starch adhesive was produced and the starch adhesive was improved by adding suspension additive and hydroxyl urea-formaldehyde. It concentrated on the effect of it on the properties of the starch adhesive. It was proved that it still had lots of properties of better stabilityno-stratification and no-precipitation and fitted viscosity after many days. The corrugated paperboard that was adhered by it had more two times adhesive strength than by common starch adhesive and the time that the corrugated paperboard was unglued was above 4 hours accordingly to the results of tests.
