摘　　要：操作技能的讲解与示范是骨科手术教学特点之一,针对传统手术教学在参与人数、手术部位视野存在的难点,我们建立了骨科手术多媒体实时教学系统,配以全新的手术教学编排,在医学生、研究生、进修生常规手术教学、骨科手术新技术推广示范、国内外著名专家手术表演和骨科临床手术考核、考评应用中取得良好效果.Teaching and demonstration of peration techniques play an important part in orthopaedic surgery education. By contrast,traditional orthopaedic operation teaching and demonstration have difficulties in obtaining satisfactory teaching results. Establishment and application of a multimedia real-time teaching system for orthopaedic operation together with novel and professional operation teaching direction is proposed to make important contributions to good results of visual educations for medical undergraduates, medical graduate students and young doctors attending advanced studies. Moreover, the novel multimedia teaching system for orthopaedic operation will benefit wide spread of new surgery technique, operation demonstration by orthopaedic specialists and clinical examination as well as inspection.
