摘  要:目的:观察低能量氦氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)对颈髓损伤患者血液流变学及机体抗氧化能力的影响并探讨其临床意义。方法:将49例颈髓损伤患者分为低能量氦氖激光治疗组25例和常规治疗组24例,治疗前及治疗1个月后检测血液流变学及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平,与对照组比较,观察低能量氦氖激光对颈髓损伤患者血液流变学及抗氧化能力的影响。结果:颈髓损伤患者血液黏度增高,血清SOD活力降低且MDA含量增高。与常规治疗组相比,治疗后激光组全血黏度高低切变值和血浆黏度均明显改善犤(4.8±0.9)mPa·svs(5.7±1.2)mPa·s,(6.1±1.0)mPa.svs(7.5±1.2)mPa·s,(1.68±0.28)mPa·svs(2.16±0.28)mPa·s犦(t=2.451~2.537,P<0.05),血清SOD活力增高犤(1.52±0.17)pmol/(s·L)vs(1.35±0.25)pmol/(s·L)犦(t=2.652,P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低犤(4.0±0.7)μmol/Lvs(4.8±0.8)μmol/L犦(t=2.478,P<0.05)。结论:低能量氦氖激光血管内照射可改善颈髓损伤患者血液流变学状况,提高机体抗氧化能力减轻自由基的损害。AIM:To observe the effect of He Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy on the hemorrheology and anti oxidizing power in cervical spinal cord injury and to explore the clinical significance. METHODS:Forty nine cases with cervical spinal cord injury were divided into laser therapy group(n= 25) and routine therapy group(n=24 ).The hemorrheology and the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in blood serum were measured before treatment and one month later.By comparing with control group to analyze the effect of He Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy on the hemorrheology and anti oxidizing power in cervical spinal cord injury.RESULTS:The viscosity of patients with cervical spinal cord injury was increased, SOD activity was decreased whereas MDA content increased (P< 0.05).Compared with the routine treatment group, the whole blood viscosity shear value and plasma viscosity were improved distinctly in laser therapy group[(4.8?à 0.9£(c) mPa?¤ s vs (5.7?à 1.2) mPa?¤ s,£¨ 6.1?à 1.0£(c) mPa· s vs (7.5± 1.2) mPa· s, (1.68± 0.28) mPa· s vs (2.16± 0.28) mPa· s](t=2.451- 2.537, P< 0.05), In addition,SOD activity was increased [(1.52± 0.17) pmol/(s· L) vs (1.35± 0.25) pmol/(s· L)] (t=2.652, P< 0.05)and MDA was decreased significantly[(4.0± 0.7) μ mol/L vs (4.8± 0.8) μ mol/L](t=2.478, P< 0.05) in laser therapy group.
