摘　　要：目的　探讨上颌骨LefortⅡ型骨折的手术入路。方法　全麻下沿上颌前庭沟切开 ,两侧达第 1磨牙 ,切至骨面 ,充分暴露术区 ,将骨折端直视下进行解剖复位。结果　术后 14d拆除口内缝线 ,软组织创口Ⅰ期愈合 ,咬合关系良好。结论　经上颌前庭沟及下睑缘联合入路治疗上颌骨LefortⅡ型骨折优点较多。Objective To discuss the approach the maxillary Lefort II fracture. Methods Incision of maxillary vestibular groove was performed to reach the first molars and expose operative area to reduction directly and anatomically. Results Th soft tissue healed in first stage with good bite relation 14 days after operation. Conclusion This method might have many advantages than others.
